![]() ![]() So that’s the Wildes! I wouldn’t say I’m head over heels in love with any of the books in this series, but I have really enjoyed reading them. Say Yes to the Duke (#5, and let’s mention that the titles have suddenly got a lot less original.).Born to be Wilde (#3, and also, can we talk about the punny titles so far?).My Last Duchess (#0.5, the novella involving the Duke and his current wife. We’ve got 5 novels and a novella out in this so far, with a 6th on the way. ![]() ![]() If you’re someone who likes to get into a series well after it’s started, you’re in luck. They’re not exactly enemies, but they are two people with a lot of hurt feelings between them and seeing that all change…it was sweet. I thought the character development in this book was just phenomenal. Diana has made a lot of mistakes–and has been left with a lot of regrets, especially for how she treated North–but she made a decision and now she has to live with it. So he left England for two years to let the scandal die down a bit…only to return to Lindow Castle and find his former fiancée working there as a governess. ![]() His fiancée ran from him, actually, which…yikes. Lord Roland, known to his friends as North because of his title, has a broken engagement in his past. The second book, Too Wilde to Wed, is probably one of my favorites from this series. ![]()
